By accessing or using our website at granitequarryheadstone.com (“Website”) and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). We provide memorial-monument products and related services (“Products”), including design, fabrication, and delivery/installation, as described on the Website. All orders are subject to acceptance by us.

• To place an order you must submit the required information, including product selection, inscription details, and delivery/installation specifications.
   
• We will provide pricing, payment terms, and shipping/installation charges at time of order. Payment must be made in full (or as otherwise specified) before production begins.
   
• We reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason.
   

• Once an order is accepted, we begin fabrication in accordance with the inscription/design and materials chosen.
   
• Delivery and installation times are estimates only. We are not liable for delays due to factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, supply chain issues, cemetery permit delay).
   
• Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery or installation (as applicable).
   

• You are responsible for verifying all inscription text, spelling, dates, and design specifications prior to production.
   
• We are not liable for errors that are the result of your submitted information.
   
• Once production begins you acknowledge changes may not be possible without additional cost or delay.
   

• Due to the custom nature of our Products, cancellations after fabrication begins may be subject to charges.
   
• Refunds may be provided (in our sole discretion) where fabrication has not yet begun; once production is underway refunds are limited to unused material or value at our discretion.
   
• If you claim a defect or damage upon delivery/installation, you must notify us within [insert days, e.g., 7] days. We will evaluate the claim and, if appropriate, repair or replace the item.
   

• We warrant our workmanship for a period of [insert period, e.g., 1 year] from installation against structural defects under normal use.
   
• This warranty does not cover damage from vandalism, natural disasters, cemetery ground movement, misuse, or modification by others.
